Ease of check-in, comfortable room, friendly staff at both dinner and breakfast. For the price, this would be hard to beat. We know about the IPAS comments, but this was never a problem for us. I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms ample and very clean. The food, howrver was didappointing. Botj the beef and the salmon very dry, vegetsbles without taste, apple pie mushy, strange taste and with a sloppy industrial sauce like sweetenedd mayonese. Also, the service person was wuite unfriendly and seemed stressed.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for exploring. The food was outstanding with service to match. My only gripe is the bedroom was very hot in the night and being at the front we couldn't open the window due to the road. This didn't detract from our overall experience and will definitely be back.

Overall we enjoyed our visit, v good staff & accommodation . However there could be more choice at breakfast , more healthy cereals & a selection of bread . On our second day in our bedroom , dirty cups & glasses not cleared away & no new tea etc left for us. But we will return 👍

Our room was very comfortable and extremely well fitted out with everything we required. It is very refreshing to stay somewhere these days where rooms are serviced and towels replaced daily. Staff are excellent. So friendly and exceptionally helpful, especially Shauna and Nadine in Reception. If we had one criticism, it would be that the bar staff is understaffed. Mulroy Woods Hotel location is excellent for those wanting to travel around this part of Donegal.

From check in at reception you were made welcome.The accomadation was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped for all needs of our stay.The breakfasts and dinners were excellent with staff very friendly and attentive to our choices. Bar great for relaxing in the evening after a busy day visiting local attractions, overall an excellent stay and will return soon.

Great stay at Mulroy Woods. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my food choices (I’m on an elimination diet for medical reasons). Comfortable clean bedroom. Hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in Mulroy Woods. However, our room was on the front of the hotel so was a bit noisy with traffic going up and down the road. The room was too hot for my liking and there was no panel in the room which would have enabled us to reduce the temperature.. The full Irish breakfast lived up to its name and was a welcome start to the day.. The staff were great - interacted well with us and made our stay enjoyable. Special me lion of the lady on reception when we arrived, she was so nice.

Property ok Staff were informed about hand wash basin plug was stuck so water wouldn’t go out but it wasn’t fixed
